I was able to get an appointment quickly, he arrived on time, and was professional and quick to diagnose and fix the problem. After dealing with issues for a year, I should have called much sooner! Cullen was wonderful to work with, we needed some work done on our laptops. He really went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and convenient for us and worked around our schedule. After dropping off our laptops, I had some questions about getting a new printer and he went and picked out the best printer for our needs and he even stayed and hooked it up for us, which was much appreciated.
